Keuka Lake is the jewel in the crown of the Finger Lakes! Its unique topography – shaped like a Y and known to indigenous peoples as “the Crooked Lake” – Keuka is the only one of the major Finger Lakes without a railroad or industry marring its stunning landscape.

  • Where do you want to go from there?
  • Keuka State Park and a prepared lunch*?
  • Lunch at many of the restaurants on or adjacent to the lake? For example, Lakeside, Snug Harbor, Esperanza Mansion, Hammondsport Restaurants, The Switz?
  • Hammondsport and its shops?
  • Stop at Onley’s on the way back for a beer or a souvenir or a quick snack?
  • Return to Penn Yan

*Prepared lunch through Blue Heron Bakery in Penn to die for is extra expense.
