Toller Tours on Keuka Lake

Keuka Lake is the jewel in the crown of the Finger Lakes!  Its unique topography – shaped like a Y and known to indigenous peoples as “the Crooked Lake” – Keuka is the only one of the major Finger Lakes without a railroad or industry marring its stunning landscape.

Toller Fish and Duck Hunting Guided Tours on Seneca

Seneca Lake is the lake trout fishing capital of the world! It is also the largest and deepest of the Finger Lakes, sometimes down to over 600 feet. Enjoy a guided fishing tour with one of our local experts who knows the lake, the depths and where the fish are on a beautiful Boston Whaler. Shore dinner also available!

Duck Hunters, Unite! Warmer weather over the last many years means that our ducks – and geese – no longer migrate, they proliferate on our lakes! Guided hunters will take you out, teach you gun safety and how to shoot if you don’t already know how, and you can be assured of healthy catch – our mascot dog, a duck tolling retriever, Teddy, will go out and get you that fowl! Dinners prepared with your catch are also available.

Toller Tours College Concierge

College choice may be one of the most important decisions in a young person’s life!  Make it an informed decision guided by professional understanding of the collegiate landscape and people who love – and know – higher education in depth.

Toller Tours Collegiate Concierge (T.T.C.C.) begins with listening to your story and learning about your life.  Together we explore options of where and what to visit.  We arrange talks with school officials, other students, walks, and places of special interest in and around campus.  And then we talk some more to help you find for yourself the right fit.

With T.T.C.C. you will learn just about anything you want to know about the schools, and maybe a lot about yourself!  We have been guiding young people through personal and academic challenges, towards good jobs (many of them work in Silicon Valley for Big Tech), graduate and professional school for decades.  I appreciate the significance of this life choice for you.  I know that the process towards deciding what begins with YOU, your interests, your curiosities, your life goals.   Perhaps the greatest benefit of the work we will do together is to learn how to make an informed decision, one that begins, as Socrates bid us, “to know ourselves.”  Plus, we get to ride around in a new Tesla Model Y!

About

“Find a path with heart” has been my life motto, and I have found mine in the Finger Lakes of New York State.  Born and raised in the City of Rochester, where as a teen-ager I worked for my Dad in his downtown restaurant/tavern, I have proudly lived out forty years of a career in higher education as an administrator and faculty member.  With the inauguration of Toller Tours, I am returning to our family’s entrepreneurial past, one filled with memories of good times and now the hope for many more.

Please contact us with your questions, inquiries, and interests in exploring the Finger Lakes.  Teddy and I will do everything we can to make your visit special.  Satisfaction guaranteed!

Near and dear to this endeavor is our mascot, Teddy the Duck Toller.  A natural swimmer, Teddy jumps in our fresh, clean waters in all kind of weather.  His unbounded enthusiasm for chasing sticks, playing with other wild life, and exploring every nick and cranny has awakened joy in me.  A tired dog is a happy dog, and so at night Teddy enjoys a meal, curls up to the fireplace, and once again reminds me that exploration of the world and love shared among family and friends is what life is all about.
